With a solid background in the hotel and tourism industries, Frédéric began his career with Bouygues Immobilier's subsidiary Latitudes Hôtels et Resorts, where he held a number of sales management positions. This initial experience enabled him to specialize in the leisure sector and develop expertise in marketing exceptional locations.

He continued his ascent by joining the ACCOR group, where he became Sales and Operations Director of Sofitel Paris, a prestigious establishment in the upscale hotel sector. This position strengthens his skills in team management, operational management and sales strategy.

Frédéric then pursued his career in the events sector as Director of Tourism at the Palais des Congrès de Cannes, where he worked to raise the profile of the destination and develop the tourism and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business.

Building on this varied experience, he took over the management of his own resort, which he developed and ran for over 10 years, before moving on to manage a large private estate in Cannes, consolidating his expertise in managing exceptional locations and enhancing the value of sites in the service of a demanding clientele.

In March 2025, Frédéric joined Domaines & événements as Director of Domaine de Vaujoly.

His mission: to steer the development of this exceptional site near Chartres and make it a regional benchmark for hosting professional and private events.

With his extensive experience, Frédéric brings to Domaine de Vaujoly his strategic vision and his sense of upscale service. He is responsible for enhancing the value of the site, developing local and national clientele, and promoting the site as a veritable showcase for seminars, receptions and nature breaks.

Thanks to her commitment and professionalism, she became a housekeeper before moving on to the position of assistant manager. Working alongside the estate manager, she manages event organization, operations, customer visits and follow-up right up to D-day. An inspiring career path that reflects her dynamism and passion for hospitality and events.

Finally, when she was invited to accompany and reassure future brides and grooms, right up to the most beautiful day of their lives, for her it was an obvious choice to say "yes"... Anne then became Events Manager.

Working with the estate manager, her commitment and attention to detail enable her to successfully support the organization of weddings and seminars, guaranteeing unique and unforgettable experiences.

For 15 years, she worked as secretary to the Mayor of Maintenon, before taking charge of the town's Cultural Center and Communications department, a position she has held since 2010. Now a civil servant on leave, Séverine is pursuing her career with passion, launching her own self-employed business in August 2024, dedicated to antiques, decoration and furniture (new and second-hand), while contributing her know-how to event organization as an event assistant at Château d'Aveny.

Since 2016, Isfaaq has been working for the Paris Federation of the Ligue de l''Enseignement, starting out as an animator before moving on to various positions in the hotel industry, notably with the CIS Paris hotel network (formerly Centres Internationaux de Séjours à Paris), covering all levels from reception to back office, then joining the commercial production side. Building on this experience, he became Technical Sales Manager of a MICE reservation center, where he handled event projects, coordinated bookings, optimized services and ensured customer satisfaction, while managing his own sales team.

With over 7 years' experience in events and hotel seminars at all levels, as well as his entrepreneurial vision, he is now putting his expertise at the service of Domaines & événements.

Kamelia Maria has always worked in the fields of events, travel and heritage. Her academic career reflects this passion: after a bachelor's degree in management of sustainable tourism development, she went on to earn a master's degree in tourism development and heritage preservation. Her approach has always been guided by the desire to create experiences that combine leisure and discovery, while integrating an eco-responsible dimension.

She began her career in the hotel industry, where she worked for almost a year, before turning to events management. Her first experience as a luxury cruise operations manager led her to design discovery tours in Paris and Geneva for foreign cruise passengers.

She then joined an events agency specializing in BtoB MICE, as events and business travel project manager. In this role, she orchestrated tailor-made events from A to Z all over the world, responding precisely to the needs expressed in each brief.

Sophie began her career as a sales representative for major companies such as JC Decaux, Guerlain and Adidas. On the eve of her 30th birthday, she decided to make a 180° turn by taking her CAP Cuisine at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (CFA Médéric).  

Following this most enriching experience, it became clear that she wanted to combine her commercial background with a passion for cooking. She then joined a major caterer in the Yvelines region, where she organized wedding receptions and private events for 5 years.

Sophie is now a member of the Château d'Aveny team, where she is in charge of marketing this enchanting venue and helping customers organize weddings and private events.

Elodie began her academic career with studies in the hotel and catering industry, with diplomas in baking, pastry-making and chocolate-making, and a BTS in hotel and catering, with a specialization in hotel management. Following this, and in line with her desire for more comprehensive customer support, she also completed a Bachelor's degree in Event Project Management and a Master's degree in Event Management and Public Relations.

In the course of her various experiences, Elodie honed her skills in a number of restaurants, hotels and reception venues before joining Domaines & événements in 2021 at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir.

Today, Elodie is in charge of private events at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir, assisting future brides and grooms from the initial inquiry right through to the big day. She works with them over several months to ensure that their big day is an exceptional one, at the heart of a charming estate in the enchanting Chevreuse Valley.

Lou Merle has solid experience in event organization and coordination, particularly in the wedding industry. She has been director of Poncheri Weddings since 2019, where she managed the complete organization of weddings, decoration and event coordination. Previously, she worked as a freelance wedding planner at MC2 Mon Amour, where she was responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing wedding files for Parisian palaces and coordinating events. Her background also includes experience in the luxury leather goods industry, notably as a prototypist for Louis Vuitton and other leading fashion houses. With a background in product design and styling, she combines creativity, attention to detail and organizational rigor to deliver unique, tailor-made experiences.

Lou is in charge of the development and commercial management of weddings at Domaine du Grand Morin. Her role encompasses the entire customer process, from initial contact to the completion of the event.

She handles incoming requests via various platforms. Working closely with the Domaine Manager, she anticipates logistical and organizational needs to ensure a seamless experience for couples who choose the Domaine du Grand Morin for their big day.

Site and employee management during events:
