Domaines & événements was born out of the covid crisis and the pressing need to professionalize the management of event venues, particularly in the countryside.
StéphaneSeclet
With over 30 years' international experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, Stéphane has worked in France, New Caledonia and China, where he lived for nine years. He has worked in a variety of structures, from small establishments to large-scale hotels, with up to 250 rooms and a team of 650 people to manage. His main objective is always to guarantee an exceptional "customer experience", ensuring that every stay is a memorable one for guests. Stéphane makes it a point of honor to create authentic moments of sharing and to forge bonds with his customers. For him, "the pleasure of giving pleasure" perfectly sums up his vision of the business, where the human touch and the satisfaction of others are at the heart of his professional commitment.
As Manager of Domaine de Vaujoly, Stéphane takes on a multitude of varied responsibilities, all geared towards a common goal: ensuring the satisfaction of customers and their guests. His commitment is total, based on constant operational availability, attentive listening and a deep desire to "please". For him, attention to detail is essential, whether in his own work or that of his teams, whose involvement is crucial to the smooth running of the Domaine.
Stéphane oversees the quality of the services provided by our partners, whether caterers, DJs or decorators, with particular attention to professional cohesion. This integrated approach ensures a smooth, seamless experience, reinforcing Domaine de Vaujoly's reputation for excellence.
Anne Lafferranderie
Anne began her career in advertising communications. For many years, she expressed her creativity by combining words and images. She then worked with a property manager and talented architects, who shared their love of beautiful stones and their artistic visions with her. When she decided to leave Paris, it was to offer her clients treatments that would help them regain calm, serenity and self-confidence. Finally, when she was invited to accompany and reassure future brides and grooms, right up to the most beautiful day of their lives, for her it was an obvious choice to say "yes"... Anne then became Events Manager.
Anne joins the Domaines & événements team as manager of Domaine de La Thibaudière.
LionelN'Guetta
Lionel began his academic career with a Baccalauréat Littéraire, before moving into Political Science and International Relations, completing a double Bachelor's degree at the Hautes Etudes Internationales et Politiques de Paris (HEIP). His career took a turn towards the hotel industry when he joined the Master In International Hotel Management program at Les Roches Marbella.
This training marked the beginning of his commitment to the hotel industry. Lionel began his professional career as a salesman and event coordinator, before becoming an event manager. These experiences enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in event management and organization.
Lionel has joined the Domaines & événements team as Business Event Sales Manager. In this role, he is responsible for managing incoming requests and works closely with the team to guide customers through their seminar projects, ensuring a tailor-made and successful experience for every event.
RenanLoiseau
Renan began his career in the events sector in Chartres after obtaining his baccalauréat économique et social, followed by higher studies at the Paris School of Business (ex-ESG). With a solid background in business development and a strong commitment to his local community, he gradually built up his company.
Over the years, Renan has also distinguished himself through his many roles in the service of his city. He is an ambassador for the city of Chartres, vice-president of a renowned comedy festival and president of the C'Chartres Métropole Handball supporters' association, consolidating his influence and commitment to promoting culture and sport in his region.
Renan has recently joined the Domaines & événements team, as Business Event Sales Manager. In this role, he expertly manages incoming requests and works closely with the team to guide customers in the realization of their seminar projects, ensuring a tailor-made and successful experience for every event. He is also responsible for MICE development and loyalty.
Clémence De Bastier
Clémence began her career working for a major caterer in the South of France for seven years, an experience that enabled her to acquire solid expertise in event organization. Following this enriching period, she decided to devote herself fully to the world of weddings, joining the team at Domaine des Barrenques in Provence.
At Domaine des Barrenques, Clémence takes great pleasure in marketing this enchanting and historic venue. She is dedicated to discovering and promoting this idyllic setting to future brides and grooms, accompanying them closely in the realization of their wedding plans.
SophieFavreau
Sophie began her career as a sales representative for major companies such as JC Decaux, Guerlain and Adidas. On the eve of her 30th birthday, she decided to make a 180° turn by taking her CAP Cuisine at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (CFA Médéric).
Following this most enriching experience, it became clear that she wanted to combine her commercial background with a passion for cooking. She then joined a major caterer in the Yvelines region, where she organized wedding receptions and private events for 5 years.
Sophie is now a member of the Château d'Aveny team, where she is in charge of marketing this enchanting venue and helping customers organize weddings and private events.
ElodieBarrel
Elodie began her academic career with studies in the hotel and catering industry, with diplomas in baking, pastry-making and chocolate-making, and a BTS in hotel and catering, with a specialization in hotel management. Following this, and in line with her desire for more comprehensive customer support, she also completed a Bachelor's degree in Event Project Management and a Master's degree in Event Management and Public Relations.
In the course of her various experiences, Elodie honed her skills in a number of restaurants, hotels and reception venues before joining Domaines & événements in 2021 at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir.
Today, Elodie is in charge of private events at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir, assisting future brides and grooms from the initial inquiry right through to the big day. She works with them over several months to ensure that their big day is an exceptional one, at the heart of a charming estate in the enchanting Chevreuse Valley.
DoryaAkkouche
Dorya obtained a BTS in international trade before completing a bachelor's degree in digital marketing & social media. She is currently enrolled in a master's degree in strategic planning and brand strategies. Throughout her academic career, she has enriched her professional experience with a number of student jobs in different fields, as well as working for various events agencies in Paris, specializing in student events. Dorya also holds the position of Events Manager and Vice President for the coming year within her school's BDE. This role at the BDE enables her to develop project management and team coordination skills, while honing her marketing and communication skills to promote events and optimize participant engagement.
In September 2023, Dorya joined the D&é Group as a Digital Marketing & Content Analyst Project Manager, on an apprenticeship basis. In this role, she actively participates in the design and implementation of digital content strategies. She analyzes market trends to optimize the reach of social networking campaigns and improve user engagement, making a significant contribution to the development of the company's digital marketing projects.
CátiaMedina
Cátia began her career in the catering industry, accumulating over ten years' experience in customer service. Her career path led her to work in various sectors, including catering, call centers and the gift card world at La Vie est Belle (A Vida é Bela) in Portugal. She then broadened her horizons by working in the hotel industry and online travel agencies in France. It was this experience with an online travel agency that inspired her to undertake a professional reconversion towards the digital professions.
Cátia recently joined the D&é Group, where she holds the position of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Manager for the Domains & Events group and its domains, working closely with the MICE team. In this role, she actively contributes to setting up processes to improve customer satisfaction and analyzing data to optimize services. In addition, she is responsible for managing business events at Domaine de la Roche Couloir.
IlonaLhuillier
Ilona is currently in her final year of a Bachelor's degree in International Management, after an enriching expatriation to Dublin. Passionate about high-growth projects and always eager to learn, she developed her skills as president of an associative office, where she had the opportunity to coordinate ambitious projects. Her professional experience includes roles in the event industry, notably at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as well as in airport hospitality. In addition, her involvement in a humanitarian mission lasting several months in Peru not only strengthened her project management skills, but also enriched her interpersonal skills.
Ilona recently started her work-study program at Domaines & événements as a MICE Sales Representative. In this position, she is dedicated to handling incoming requests and developing professional events. Working closely with the team, she ensures that the right solutions are proposed to guarantee the success of each project.
AxelCretté
After completing a DUT GEA and a professional degree in organizational management, Axel took a work-study course in accountancy with the national status of student entrepreneur. He is currently pursuing an M.Sc. Business Project Management at a business school.
Axel recently joined Domaines & événements as a work-study student in the sales department dedicated to weddings, private events and stays. As a sales assistant, he is mainly responsible for managing and tracking requests for Domaine de La Thibaudière and Domaine de Vaujoly. His role gives him the opportunity to develop his commercial coordination skills, ensuring personalized service for each project.
MarineGarden
Marine, who holds a BTS in Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Event Management and Communications from a local authority in Calvados, is currently pursuing a Master's degree in "Event Management, Influence & Reputation" at ISCOM in Rouen. Her diverse professional experience has enabled her to develop a wide range of skills, notably in digital, print, radio and press communications, as well as event management. She has successfully intervened in both internal and external contexts, reinforcing her expertise in event coordination, project management and the development of innovative communication strategies. Marine also distinguishes herself by her ability to adapt to dynamic environments, while providing creative and effective solutions to meet the needs of the structures with which she has collaborated.
Passionate about communications and digital marketing, she recently joined the Domaines & événements team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and Content Analyst on a sandwich course. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing digital content strategies. She works with the marketing team to develop innovative, high-impact campaigns. Her aim is to boost user engagement, generate qualified traffic and improve the overall performance of Domaines & événements and its domains.
