Domaines & événements was born out of the covid crisis and the pressing need to professionalize the management of event venues, particularly in the countryside.

On his return to France, he turned to business management and ran several companies in the industrial and aeronautical sectors, developing solid skills in managing and steering activities.

He oversees the smooth running of weddings and seminars hosted on the estate, with the aim of creating memorable experiences in an exceptional natural setting.

With 15 years' experience in sales, Cristiana has evolved through a variety of sectors. She started out as a saleswoman, before specializing in home sales and then in men's ready-to-wear, developing a solid sense of customer relations and service.

In August 2021, she joins Domaines & événements at Domaine de Vaujoly as a housekeeper. Thanks to her commitment and professionalism, she became a housekeeper before moving on to the position of Assistant Manager and then Estate Manager. She manages event organization, operations, customer visits and follow-up right up to D-day. An inspiring career path that reflects her dynamism and passion for hospitality and events.

Nathalie has over 15 years' experience in events, project management and business development. She began her career as a trade show saleswoman with Rambouillet Événements, where she helped organize trade shows and events for the general public, developing her skills in negotiation, project coordination and customer relations. She continued her career as Event Agency Manager at Victoria France, an agency specializing in the management of hosts and hostesses for events. Nathalie then joined Strada Marketing as Event Project Manager, managing in & out store marketing operations for major brands. She then joined Groupe D&P where, for over five years, she worked on event space planning, customized event planning and operational management of large-scale projects.

In 2022, she took up the position of Events Manager at Thomas Marko & Associés, strengthening the department dedicated to corporate seminars, conventions and events. Building on this expertise, from 2023 she will also develop a freelance events specialist business, assisting companies and public institutions in the design and production of their seminars, trade shows, roadshows and private parties.

Today, Nathalie puts her expertise at the service of Domaines & événements as Director of Domaine de la Thibaudière. She accompanies customers from the first contact to D-day, developing tailor-made projects and coordinating their implementation.

Séverine has built a rich and committed career in public service. For 15 years, she worked as secretary to the Mayor of Maintenon, before taking charge of the town's Cultural Center and Communications department, a position she has held since 2010. At the same time, she also worked as a communications officer at CODIS 28, part of the Eure-et-Loir Fire and Rescue Service. Now a civil servant on leave, Séverine is pursuing her career with passion, launching her own self-employed business in August 2024, dedicated to antiques, decoration and furniture (new and second-hand), while contributing her know-how to event organization as an event assistant at Château d'Aveny.

Today, as MICE Sales Project Manager at Domaines & événements, Séverine is responsible for managing MICE projects in close collaboration with her customers, in order to offer customized, tailor-made solutions. She ensures the success of events by managing each stage with precision, from conception to completion, and ensures that each project is an exceptional experience for customers. His role also includes coordinating with in-house teams to ensure that services meet the highest quality standards.

Since 2016, Isfaaq has been working for the Paris Federation of the Ligue de l''Enseignement, starting out as an animator before moving on to various positions in the hotel industry, notably with the CIS Paris hotel network (formerly Centres Internationaux de Séjours à Paris), covering all levels from reception to back office, then joining the commercial production side. Building on this experience, he became Technical Sales Manager of a MICE reservation center, where he handled event projects, coordinated bookings, optimized services and ensured customer satisfaction, while managing his own sales team.

With over 7 years' experience in events and hotel seminars at all levels, as well as his entrepreneurial vision, he is now putting his expertise at the service of Domaines & événements.

Kamelia Maria has always worked in the fields of events, travel and heritage. Her academic career reflects this passion: after a bachelor's degree in management of sustainable tourism development, she went on to earn a master's degree in tourism development and heritage preservation. Her approach has always been guided by the desire to create experiences that combine leisure and discovery, while integrating an eco-responsible dimension.

She began her career in the hotel industry, where she worked for almost a year, before turning to events management. Her first experience as a luxury cruise operations manager led her to design discovery tours in Paris and Geneva for foreign cruise passengers.

She then joined an events agency specializing in BtoB MICE, as events and business travel project manager. In this role, she orchestrated tailor-made events from A to Z all over the world, responding precisely to the needs expressed in each brief.

Victoria began her training with a BTS in Communications, before continuing with a degree in Luxury Marketing, which enabled her to explore different worlds and acquire a broad vision of strategy and customer experience. Her first job took her into the events industry as communications and logistics manager for a show production agency.

She then enriched her career through several assignments in the retail and event organization sectors, which enabled her to develop both her commercial and organizational skills. This experience led her to the position of Wedding and Seminar Sales Manager for an estate in the Paris region. It was at this point that she confirmed her true vocation: to accompany future brides and grooms and companies in the realization of their projects, by creating unique and memorable moments.

Since August 18, 2025, Victoria has joined Domaines & événements as Wedding and Private Events Sales Manager. Today, she accompanies customers in the organization of their receptions at Domaine de la Thibaudière and Domaine de Vaujoly, two exceptional venues specialized in hosting weddings, seminars and tailor-made events.

Her role is to ensure the complete follow-up of each project, from the first contact to the day of the event, working hand in hand with the domain managers and their assistants. With her attentiveness, attention to detail and creativity, Victoria ensures that every reception runs smoothly.

Passionate about wedding planning and high-end events, she sees each project as an opportunity to create unforgettable memories. Her daily routine is punctuated by customer relations, coordination of service providers and the desire to make those who choose the Domaines & événements estates to celebrate their most precious moments dream.

Sophie began her career as a sales representative for major companies such as JC Decaux, Guerlain and Adidas. On the eve of her 30th birthday, she decided to make a 180° turn by taking her CAP Cuisine at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (CFA Médéric).  

Following this most enriching experience, it became clear that she wanted to combine her commercial background with a passion for cooking. She then joined a major caterer in the Yvelines region, where she organized wedding receptions and private events for 5 years.

Sophie is now a member of the Château d'Aveny team, where she is in charge of marketing this enchanting venue and helping customers organize weddings and private events.

Elodie began her academic career with studies in the hotel and catering industry, with diplomas in baking, pastry-making and chocolate-making, and a BTS in hotel and catering, with a specialization in hotel management. Following this, and in line with her desire for more comprehensive customer support, she also completed a Bachelor's degree in Event Project Management and a Master's degree in Event Management and Public Relations.

In the course of her various experiences, Elodie honed her skills in a number of restaurants, hotels and reception venues before joining Domaines & événements in 2021 at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir.

Today, Elodie is in charge of private events at the Domaine de La Roche Couloir, assisting future brides and grooms from the initial inquiry right through to the big day. She works with them over several months to ensure that their big day is an exceptional one, at the heart of a charming estate in the enchanting Chevreuse Valley.

Lou Merle has solid experience in event organization and coordination, particularly in the wedding industry. She has been director of Poncheri Weddings since 2019, where she managed the complete organization of weddings, decoration and event coordination. Previously, she worked as a freelance wedding planner at MC2 Mon Amour, where she was responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing wedding files for Parisian palaces and coordinating events. Her background also includes experience in the luxury leather goods industry, notably as a prototypist for Louis Vuitton and other leading fashion houses. With a background in product design and styling, she combines creativity, attention to detail and organizational rigor to deliver unique, tailor-made experiences.

Lou is in charge of the development and commercial management of weddings at Domaine du Grand Morin. Her role encompasses the entire customer process, from initial contact to the completion of the event.

She handles incoming requests via various platforms. Working closely with the Domaine Manager, she anticipates logistical and organizational needs to ensure a seamless experience for couples who choose the Domaine du Grand Morin for their big day.

There's no typical profile, but you'll need to have some experience that meets our criteria. You will be trained in our Domaines & événements corporate culture and in the way we manage our Domaines. It is strongly recommended that you have experience in the hotel-restaurant industry or in the management of event venues (or châteaux).

Missions

Site and employee management during events:

  • Schedule follow-up 
  • Leading the team of on-site employees (reception, cleaning, green spaces)

Budget and Administration :

  • Ensure that the operating budget decided by management is applied and respected on site, after having been invited to participate in its preparation.
  • Preparation of reports and summaries of events, feedback on optimizing sales margins, observation of significant points and proposals for improvement measures.
  • Manages operating expenses within budgetary guidelines; gathers financial information and communicates it to the accounting department.

Missions

Management :

- Lead (recruit, train, coach, manage, develop) the group's MICE sales team. Transmit the culture of figures to be achieved.

- Set up team meetings and briefings with the domains.

- Train the estates on the desired MICE spaces, notably by setting up desired configurations (planning, spaces, equipment, F&B, etc.) and photo books so that each estate can be autonomous, with the expected quality, with the support of the operations manager.

- Participate in setting up, deploying, training, using and adapting our tools (CRM/PMS, etc.).

Commercial :

Optimize MICE revenues and margins in our domains (occupancy, pricing, direct costs, etc.):

- Design, adapt and implement the different offers and rates for each location: packages (basic "offsite" offer vs. premium "all-inclusive" offer), options, payment terms, etc.

- Building customer loyalty

- Develop the customer file, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

- Target new targets in terms of segmentation, then go out and hunt them down.

- Prospect local and national companies to hold their seminars and meetings in all our Domaines.

- Coordinate the local sales policies of domain managers and external contractors.

- Coordinating distribution policy (Kactus, Naboo platforms, etc.) and agency relations, integrating communication processes with the secondary aim of winning back direct customers.

- Answering/managing responses to company requests: drawing up and sending proposals, accompanying site visits, following up with customers, negotiating and drawing up confirmation contracts, then preparing invoices and following up with customers, then collecting customer feedback.

- With a strong focus on Sales KPIs (sales, margin rate, quantity of incoming demand on different channels, conversion rate, recovery rate, satisfaction rate, etc.).

- Define and apply group sales techniques.

Marketing/Communication :

- Initiate, run and monitor direct marketing campaigns: inviting prospects, sending out targeted mailings, sending out newsletters, organizing open days, taking part in trade shows, etc.

- Manage MICE digital strategy: website, social networks, keyword purchasing, etc.

- Keep a close eye on the competition to ensure that our offer is always the right one for the customer.

- Select communication media for our target and define an optimal internal and external communication plan.

- Apply the Group's marketing principles.

Reporting :

- Culture of customer data collection and processing

- Measuring the effectiveness of systematic sales actions (quality/quantity/conversion).

- Monthly monitoring and communication of sales activity and results, for analysis and preparation of monthly CODIR meetings.

- Follow-up of the sales budget defined at the beginning of the year.

- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of our contracts, including payments on account and balances.

- Maintain a genuine relationship of trust with domain teams.
